BEYOND BLUE
I have suffered depression and anxiety for many many years and have found that writing about it when I am down releases my tension and has helped me recover sooner. I share these so other's may become more aware and understand this illness, and also so other sufferers know that they are not alone, and there is someone out there who truly understands and is there for them.
